This shake is fantastic not only because it’s easy, refreshing and tropically delicious, but also because it contains one of the most antioxidant-rich ingredients on the planet – matcha green tea! It is a feel-good snack through and through.
To make it, simply add all of the ingredients to a high-powered blender in the order they are listed. Then, blend until smooth! That’s all there is to it.

Tropical Green Tea Shake
Makes 2 Servings
- 2 cups Almond Milk
- 1 tsp. Matcha Green Tea Powder
- 1 cup Pineapple, fresh or frozen
- 1 Banana
- 1 Date, pitted
- 2 Handfuls Fresh Spinach or rounded 1/2 cup Frozen Spinach
- 6-8 Ice Cubes
