I just have to say – I LOVE this salad dressing! It is so fun and out of the ordinary…

You get a silky-smooth creaminess from the pears, tang from the champagne vinegar, and then sweetness from the maple syrup.  It’s truly crave-worthy, I tell you! I especially love it on salads that contain chopped fruit (such as apples, plums or pears) and some crunchy nuts.

This is how you make it:

  • Simply add all 5 ingredients to a blender and blend on high until very smooth. That’s it! Drizzle this dressing on your greens and then prepare your tastebuds for a fresh and delightful salad experience.

I hope you love this dressing as much as we do!

Can I use fresh pears for dressing instead of canned? Canned have a lot of sugar

Audrey Dunham

You certainly can, just keep in mind that the skin of the pear may slightly alter the texture of the dressing. But the bonus is you get a lot of extra fiber! Let me know how it turns out for you.
