I just have to say – I LOVE this salad dressing! It is so fun and out of the ordinary…
You get a silky-smooth creaminess from the pears, tang from the champagne vinegar, and then sweetness from the maple syrup. It’s truly crave-worthy, I tell you! I especially love it on salads that contain chopped fruit (such as apples, plums or pears) and some crunchy nuts.
This is how you make it:
- Simply add all 5 ingredients to a blender and blend on high until very smooth. That’s it! Drizzle this dressing on your greens and then prepare your tastebuds for a fresh and delightful salad experience.

Pear Champagne Salad Dressing
Makes about 1 1/2 cups
- 1 cup Canned Pears (about 4 halves) – see next ingredient!
- 3 Tb. Of Liquid From the Can of Pears
- 1/3 cup Champagne Wine Vinegar
- 1/3 cup Maple Syrup
- 2 tsp. Dijon Mustard
