Oil-Free Chocolate Chunk Cookies (Vegan and Gluten Free)

All of the flavor of your favorite Peanut's Bake Shop Chocolate Chunk Cookie without the oil!

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F/177°C. Then, open your Peanut's Bake Shop Chocolate Chunk Cookie Kit and pour the contents into a mixing bowl.
  • Add the applesauce and water and stir very well until all flour is incorporated. (Disregard the oil called for on the package.) Note: It may take a good minute or two of stirring. If needed, add an extra teaspoon of water.
  • Drop 12 mounds of cookie dough onto a parchment-lined or ungreased baking sheet.
  • Bake in your preheated over for 10-12 minutes. It's better to under bake than over bake.
  • Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for at least two minutes before transferring to a cooling rack. Enjoy!


  • Can't eat them all in one sitting? Store them in the freezer to enjoy later.
