5-Ingredient Sweet n' Salty Chunky Vanilla Almond Butter
This almond butter offers a variety of flavors ranging from vanilla to maple to fresh almonds to the perfect amount of salt. It will blow you away!
Servings: 1 cup (a little more)!
Simply add all ingredients to a food processor or high powered blender and blend until it resembles a thick and chunky nut butter, scraping down the sides with a spatula intermittently as needed.
If you'd like to achieve a creamier texture, add an extra teaspoon or two of flaxseed oil or maple syrup.
Store leftovers in a mason jar secured with a lip or other type of airtight container. It keeps for about a month on the shelf of a cool pantry or for two months in the refrigerator.
- Serve this almond butter on bread as a sandwich, as a dip with apple slices or crackers, or add it to smoothies to add a richness and creaminess!
