Funfetti Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Funfetti treats are the BEST, and this recipe allows you to make Funfetti Chocolate Chunk Cookies (that are incredibly vegan / gluten free) in about 20 minutes!

  • 1.  Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees. Then, line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • 2. Create your cookie dough according to directions on the package.
  • 3. Once the cookie dough is all mixed up, fold in 3 Tbsps. of rainbow sprinkles.  I like THIS brand.
  • 4. From that point, continue baking according to the package directions.
    One added note: After my Funfetti Chocolate Chunk Cookies come out of the oven, I immediately sprinkle the tops of each one with a few more sprinkles, if needed.. I just love the extra pop of color it adds!
