Why this Recipe Works:

  • Created for use with my Peanut’s Bake Shop Original Chocolate Chunk Cookie Kit, this recipe doesn’t involve any complicated cookie dough making!
  • The addition of the sprinkles makes for an easy yet fun way to dress up your cookies!
  • The sprinkles actually make the cookies a tiny bit sweeter, which is great for anyone with a sweet tooth!

Are sprinkles vegan?

  • Some are, yes! When buying, however, you just need to avoid purchasing a type that lists “confectioner’s glaze” on the ingredient list, as this is NOT vegan. I like to use THIS brand of vegan sprinkles!

I love making fun and unique cookie recipes using my Peanut’s Bake Shop Cookie Kits! If you loved these, you have to try my Hawaiian Chocolate Chunk Cookies, my Midnight Chocolate Chunk Peanut Butter Cookie Cups, and my Black n’ White Chocolate Chunk Cookies!

How to Make Funfetti Chocolate Chunk Cookies:

1. Take your Peanut’s Bake Shop Original Chocolate Chunk Cookie Kit and prep it according to directions on the packaging

2. Once the cookie dough is all mixed up (I like using THIS kind of oil), fold in 1/4 cup of rainbow sprinkles.  I like THIS brand.

3. From that point, continue baking according to the package directions.

One added note: After my Funfetti Chocolate Chunk Cookies come out of the oven, I immediately sprinkle the tops of each one with a few more sprinkles. I just love the extra pop of color it adds!
