Pear Champagne Salad Dressing

This Pear Champagne Salad Dressing is sweet, fresh, tangy and fun - and can be made at home in minutes! Bonus: it's amazingly oil-free.

Ingredients

  • 1 c. canned pears about 4 halves - see next ingredient!
  • 3 Tbsp. of liquid from the can of pears (45 ml) both unsweetened or sweetened liquid both work
  • 1/3 c. champagne wine vinegar (79 ml)
  • 1/3 c. maple syrup (79 ml) plus more to taste
  • 2 tsp. dijon mustard

Instructions

  • Simply add all 5 ingredients to a blender and blend on high until very smooth. That's it! Drizzle this dressing on your greens and then prepare your tastebuds for a fresh and delightful salad experience.
  • This dressing will keep for about two weeks in the fridge, just be sure to store it in a container with a lid, such as a mason jar or other food storage container.
     

Notes

Fresh pears can be used instead, however, keep in mind that the peel may affect the texture of the dressing. It all depends on the strength of your blender.
