Looking for a creamy, tangy and fruity salad dressing that utilizes the magical flavors offered by pears and champagne vinegar? Well then, you’ve come to the right place!

Pear Champagne Salad Dressing

Champagne pear dressing in a mason jar surrounded by pears, champagne vinegar and greenery.

I just have to say – I LOVE this salad dressing! It is so fun and out of the ordinary.

You get a silky-smooth creaminess from the pears, tang from the champagne vinegar, and then sweetness from the maple syrup.  It’s truly crave-worthy, I tell you! I especially love it on salads that contain chopped fruit (such as apples, plums or pears) and some crunchy nuts.

Can You Make This Dressing With Fresh Pears Instead?

  • Yes, but note that the added peel may affect the texture of the dressing, depending on the strength of your blender.
  • If you do use fresh pears, you may want to consider carefully peeling them beforehand.

Can I use fresh pears for dressing instead of canned? Canned have a lot of sugar

You certainly can, just keep in mind that the skin of the pear may slightly alter the texture of the dressing. But the bonus is you get a lot of extra fiber! Let me know how it turns out for you.
