Sesame Ginger Dressing
This sweet, nutty and creamy dressing is bursting with flavor, and, incredibly easy to make!

Ingredients
1/3
cup
rice vinegar (not the seasoned type),
, or apple cider vinegar
1/4
cup
maple syrup,
plus more to taste

Tbsp.
tahini,
plus more to taste
1 1/2
Tbsp.
dijon mustard

tsp.
soy sauce
or tamari for gluten free

dried ginger
Instructions
Simply add all of the ingredients to a mason jar or bowl.
Shake or whisk well to combine. Alternatively, you can use a small blende to do the job!
Notes
Have leftovers? Store in a mason jar or other airtight container in the refrigerator. It keeps for about two weeks.
This dressing also goes well drizzled over roasted vegetables or stir fries.
