This Tropical Green Tea Shake is not only a refreshing and satisfying snack, but it's also the perfect pick-me-up thanks to it's matcha green tea content.

- 2 c. almond milk (474 ml)
- 1 tsp. matcha green tea powder
- 1 c. pineapple fresh or frozen
- 1 banana
- 1 date pitted
- 2 handfuls fresh spinach or rounded 1/2 cup Frozen spinach
- 6-8 ice cubes
- I prefer to use almond milk in this recipe, but you can certainly use any non-dairy milk.
- Choose fresh or frozen pineapple for this recipe. However I will say, using the frozen type is definitely easier and it makes your shake extra cold.
- If you want your shake to be sweeter, add an extra date or other sweetener of choice.
- Want to make this recipe for your kids? Just simply leave out the matcha green tea powder.
