Did you know that it’s possible to make oil-free Peanut’s Bake Shop cookies? Yes – you heard me correctly! Below you’ll find recipes for all three flavors of my Peanut’s Bake Shop Cookie Kits; all soft and delicious while using zero oil.
Why these recipes work:
- Made with ingredients such as banana, nut butter, and apple sauce (all fantastic oil substitutes in baking) these cookies are super moist and loaded with flavor, without the use of oil.
- Swapping the oil with these ingredients makes these cookies a bit more nutritious.
Why would I want to make oil-free cookies?
- Some individuals choose to decrease their oil intake for health reasons, such as weight management or chronic health issues.
- If you’re wanting to try something different in your baking, swapping out oil is a great idea!
- In the case that you’ve run out of oil but do happen to have one (or all) of these alternative ingredients on hand, instead.
Can I use other oil-substitutes in these cookie recipes?
- I’d recommend sticking with the swaps that are mentioned. I’ve tried a variety substitutes and these by far turned out the best. However, if you try something different that you absolutely love, please leave a comment and let me know what worked for you!
Now, may I present to you these three incredible cookie recipes:
