Once you make dressing at home for the first time, I promise you’ll never want to buy bottled dressing again! All you need is 5 simple ingredients for this dressing, and the end result is the most perfectly sweet and tangy balsamic dressing that you would never guess is oil-free.

Why this Recipe Works:

  • This recipe has no funky ingredients in it that you would find in bottled dressings – just 5 simple ingredients and no oil at all!
  • The orange juice in this recipe gives this balsamic a nice hint of citrus and sweet tang.
  • The use of either dates or maple syrup gives this dressing extra sweetness and added nutrients.

What goes well with this dressing?

  • This dressing goes well with all types of salads! I personally love using it on salads that have a little something sweet in them – think cranberries, fresh fruit, or even candied nuts. Yum!
