- Have leftovers? Store in a mason jar or other airtight container in the refrigerator. It keeps for about two weeks.

Ingredients
- 1/3 c. balsamic vinegar (79 ml)
- 3 pitted dates OR 3 Tbsp. maple syrup (45 ml), plus more to taste
- juice of one medium orange or 1/3 c. of bottled orange juice
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder (optional)
